Charlize Theron is playing the character of a bisexual in her upcoming action spy thriller movie Atomic Blonde with James McAvoy.
The 41-year-old is playing a top-level spy in the movie named Lorraine Broughton and said bisexuality is normalized now.
Appearing on Sunday’s “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” the actress said bisexuality should be reflected on screen.
When asked whether she as experimented with women the South African-American actress said she had swam in the Lady Pond during her younger years, but also added she really like dudes.
The Atomic Blonde is releasing on July 28 by Focus Features. It is an adaptation of Antony Johnston and Sam Hart’s graphic novel The Coldest City. It is directed by David Leitch.
In her personal life Theron is a single mom to son Jackson and daughter August. She split with Sean Penn in 2015.
Theron had earlier dated Stuart Townsend too.
