Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner apologized Thursday amid wide criticisms for selling expensive T-shirts with own faces over images of Pink Floyd, Tupac Shakur, Notorious B.I.G, Ozzy Osbourne, The Doors and other famed artists and music groups.
The T-Shirts, priced $125 each, have also been withdrawn from sale after a day of launching.
Releasing an official statement of apology the sisters said the designs were not well thought and they are good fans of the music of the artists and groups.
Jenner added they never have any intention to disrespect the cultural icons and deeply apologize to music lovers who have been upset or offended.
The apology came after huge controversies on social media platforms with one person writing the Jenner sisters have no right to place their faces over musical icons.
Wife of Ozzy Osbourne accused the Jenner sisters of exploitation and claimed no one had contacted them for permission to use the images.
